This fashion accessories ESL lesson develops clothing vocabulary and adjectives for describing personal style. Students discuss outfits, identify accessories and practise present continuous descriptions of what people are wearing. Lesson flow
Students vote for the coolest outfit, learn accessory vocabulary describing items ('These are round sunglasses. They're stylish.'), and drill 'What is he wearing? He's wearing jeans and a cap.' The second lesson mimes putting on accessories in charades, learns style adjectives like trendy and fancy, writes 'My Fashion Style' describing what they always wear, and performs a fashion-show roleplay commentating on a classmate's outfit.
